Chase is already fully ecollar trained. This give you insight to an owner lesson tune up on handling skills and reminders that can help you with your dog at home.
Ecollar training how to even for young dogs is below. We believe many larger breed dogs and mature dogs can be worked with on Ecollar very gently and considerately as early as 16 weeks. No serious corrections with typical puppies. Smaller breed dogs can learn cues/tone/vibrate/etc. 5/6 months of age. (this is general recommendations based off of our experience with dogs and clients, always room for adjustments)

We believe ecollars are the best communication tool around, even for and especially for young and/or fearful dogs. BUT you must get the right type of Ecollar and be incredibly considerate and sensitive in your training. It can be a tool used poorly just like any tool, but extra consideration and research should be done before using one.
We suggest Ecollar technologies micro or mini for most dogs. Serious behavioral issues we do use the same company, but a more powerful Ecollar. For severe behavioral issues we suggest muzzle conditioning your dog first and please act responsibly with corrections/training tools in general.
